Come stay in a lovely light and airy apartment in historic Harlem, 2 blocks from all major subway lines, and across from a neighborhood park. Walk to wonderful nearby restaurants, jazz clubs and cafes and explore the campuses of City College and Columbia University. We are around the corner from the world famous Apollo theater and The Studio Museum. In the summer you can also cool off in a nearby outdoor swimming pool that is open to the public. We are only 15 minutes on the express subway from Times Square and all of midtown Manhattan's exciting attractions. We are a professor and a composer who love to travel, especially during the summer. Anywhere by the water is of special interest to us. For March 2013 we are looking for an exchange for a few days in Chicago.

Wir sind ein Professor und ein Komponist, der es lieben zu reisen, vor allem während der Sommermonate. Überall am Wasser ist von besonderem Interesse für uns. Für März 2013 sind wir für einen Austausch für ein paar Tage in Chicago suchen.

The main objectives are fighting the digital divide through implementing computer literacy methods, promoting virtual campuses, -twinning of schools, promoting and disseminating good practice and cooperation between Community programmes and action instruments promoted at national level.

Wir sollten uns noch einmal vor Augen führen, dass im Jahr 2003 durchschnittlich 90% der Grundschulen, 98% der Sekundarschulen und 99% der Berufs-und Gewerbeschulen in den Mitgliedstaaten einen Internetanschluss besaßen, jedoch nur 39% der Grundschullehrer, 50% der Lehrkräfte an Sekundarschulen und 58% des Lehrpersonals an Berufs-oder Gewerbeschulen das Internet tatsächlich als Unterrichtsmittel nutzten.
