§ 2 Leistungen des Akquisiteurs

The canvasser shall inform the company as soon as he is in contact with a potential customer.

Der Akquisiteur informiert das Unternehmen, sobald er Kontakt zu einem potentiellen Kunden aufgenom- men hat.

Should negotiations with the customer show the possibility  of a concrete business deal, the canvasser shal shares the essential details of the proposed transaction with the company in writing.

Zeichnet sich in den Verhandlungen mit dem Kunden die Möglichkeit des konkreten Geschäft- sabschlusses ab, teilt der Akquisiteur die wesentlichen Einzelheiten des geplanten Geschäftes dem Unternehmen in Textform mit.

The canvasser shall not divulge about all the costs associated with this contract gained knowledge about the company and especially of its customer relationships and customer base.

Der Akquisiteur verptlichtet sich, über alle im Zusammenhang mit diesem Vertrag erlangten Kenntnisse über das Unternehmen, insbesondere über dessen Kundenbeziehungen und Kundenkreis, Stillschweigen zu bewahren.

The canvasser will not itself enter into competition with the Company, either directly or indirectly.

Der Akquisiteur wird auch nicht selbst in Wettbewerb zum Unternehmen treten, sei es direkt oder indirekt.
