Eradication of the Helicobacter pylori bacterium The recommended dose is 1 capsule twice daily (equivalent to 2 times 30 mg lansoprazole) for one week in combination with one of the following three combinations: a) amoxicillin 1 g twice daily + clarithromycin 500 mg twice daily, b) clarithromycin 250 mg twice daily + metronidazole 400-500 mg twice daily, c) amoxicillin 1 g twice daily + metronidazole 400-500 mg twice daily.
