Like the shingles or clapboards of Northern European or North American façade constructed in wood, we sought an overlapping form that would protect itself from the assault of the strong rains and snow that frequently soak the Panticosa site.

Ähnlich der Schindeln in nordeuropäischen oder nordamerikanischen Fassadenkonstruktionen in Holz, suchten wir nach einer überlappende Form, die das Abfließen von starkem Regen und Schnee ermöglicht, der Witterung die vorwiegend in Panticosa herrscht.

Modern clapboards are available in red cedar and pine.
