I have asked the customer the information and he clearly states that on the manual it does not say a part number fro the drive motor. The composter has 4 drive motors to move the composter back and forward. This is the motor they are talking about and need a price for.

The client is very, but very unhappy that they got an offer from Salmet for 4 new motors with the adjusted parts to make the “new motors” fit. The customer is asking how it is possible to spend EUR 11.573,00 for 4 motors if they only need ONE motor. Additionally the whole composter they supposedly purchased for ERU 70.000 ( I do not have the price from then, so do not know), and a new composter now costs about 90.000 Euros. I have to agree that I understand that the customer thinks this is UNACCEPTABLE and I feel that we need to look seriously at another option !! Please look into this and analyze the options, as this puts us again in a very vulnerable position with the customer (Champion Group). They plan to purchase a new composter in 2013, but are very unsure on what to do in the event our “supply of spare parts” is handled this way. Hope you can get back to us soonest so we can get back to the client.

Ich muss zugeben, dass ich verstehe, dass der Kunde denkt, das ist inakzeptabel und ich fühle, dass wir ernsthaft an einer anderen Option benötigen! Bitte schauen Sie in diese und analysieren die Möglichkeiten, da dies versetzt uns wieder in einer sehr schwierigen Lage, mit dem Kunden (Champion Group). Sie planen eine neue Komposter im Jahr 2013 zu erwerben, sind aber sehr unsicher, was im Falle tun unser "Lieferung von Ersatzteilen" auf diese Weise behandelt wird. Hoffe ihr könnt wieder zu uns bald, so dass wir bekommen können zurück an den Client.
