Dann werden 35,0 ml Methanol-Acetonitril ( 3.5 ) hinzugefuegt , der Kolben wird verschlossen und 30 Min. auf dem Schuettelgeraet geschuettelt oder auf dem Magnetruehrer ( 4.1 ) geruehrt . Die Loesung wird ueber ein Glasfaser-Filterpapier ( 4.2 ) filtriert . Ein Aliquot des Filtrats wird in einen 50-ml-Messkolben gegeben . Es werden 15,0 ml Wasser hinzugefuegt , bis zur Marke mit Methanol-Acetonitril ( 3.5 ) aufgefuellt und gemischt . Die Carbadox-Konzentration der fertigen Loesung sollte bei etwa 10 ìg / ml liegen . Ein Aliquot wird ueber einen 0,45 ìm Membranfilter ( 4.6 ) filtriert und anschliessend fuer die HPLC-Bestimmung ( 5.4 ) verwendet .
