WPF scaffold nozzle design was accepted in the offer phase, in underestimation the details. Unfortunately WPF rejects our sugestion for the Net Port design. Our arrangement is very compact for cost savings, what causes additional manhours. A study for handling of scaffold beam was done. Position and elevation of scaffold nozzle, manholes and inspection openings has changed several times, according late WPF informations with impact on 3D-modelling, construction, steel structure and static calculation.

WPF-Gerüst Düse Design wurde in der Angebotsphase akzeptiert, in Unterschätzung der Details. Leider lehnt unsere WPF sugestion für den Net-Port-Design. Unser Arrangement ist sehr kompakt für Kosteneinsparungen, was verursacht zusätzliche Arbeitsstunden. Eine Studie zum Umgang mit Gerüst Strahl wurde getan. Lage und Höhe des Gerüstes Düse, Schächten und Revisionsöffnungen wurde mehrmals geändert, nach Ende der WPF-Informationen mit Auswirkungen auf die 3D-Modellierung, Bau, Stahlbau und Statik.

I would like to receive a price for assembly of sidepiece elements (not the bridge self )for a bridge in Mandalselva. (the red sections on Doorsnede 01.pdf)) See the attached documents for the information of the bridge and the sections. Below the quantities for the side elements: Skin plates 773m2 netto 62 ton steel construction steel 123m2 netto 10 ton staal Section low 24 pieces each one long 8m1 Section high 25 pieces each one long 8m1 At the moment this is all the information I have for this project. The final treatment is spray paint. The welding quality should be very good. I would like to receive the price (tender) on Monday 3 September 2012.

(Die roten Abschnitte auf Doorsnede 01.pdf)) unterstützt das angehängte Dokumente für die Informationen der Brücke und der Abschnitte. Unterhalb der Mengen für die seitlichen Elemente: Skin Platten 773m2 netto 62 Tonnen Stahl Baustahl 123m2 netto 10 Tonnen staal Abschnitt niedrigen 24 Stück je eine lange 8m1 Abschnitt hohen 25 Stück je eine lange 8m1 Im Moment sind alle Informationen, die ich für diese Projekt. Die letzte Behandlung ist Sprühfarbe. Die Schweißqualität soll sehr gut sein. Ich möchte den Preis (Tender) am Montag, 3. September 2012 erhalten.
