Sure this will not be the last paper describing a method and the detection (or non-detection) of o-A in human samples (blood, CSF or brain homogenate). However as there is no consensus about the existence of o-A in CSF or blood, this paper just add to the confusion about o-A. Therefore, to answer the important question about the existence of o-A I would suggest to calling for a working meeting. The available different techniques could then be validated at the same time in the same laboratory with the same samples and standards. For this time this paper seems to support the nonbeliever on the existence of o-A and controverts the believers.

Sicher, dass dies nicht das letzte Papier beschreibt eine Methode und die Detektion (oder Nicht-Detektion) oA  in humanen Proben (Blut, Liquor oder Hirnhomogenat) sein. Allerdings, da es keinen Konsens über die Existenz von oA  im Liquor oder Blut, dieses Papier nur auf die Verwirrung über oA  hinzuzufügen. Daher die wichtige Frage nach der Existenz von oA beantworten   würde ich der Forderung nach einer Arbeitssitzung vorschlagen. Die verfügbaren verschiedenen Techniken könnten dann zur gleichen Zeit im gleichen Labor mit den gleichen Proben und Standards validiert werden. Für diese Zeit dieses Papier scheint die Ungläubigen von der Existenz oA  unterstützen und controverts die Gläubigen.
