Herr Präsident!Am vergangenen Samstag nahm ich auf dem Trafalgar Square in London an einer Demonstration Behinderter für ihre Rechte teil, bei der Behinderte berichteten, Krankenhausärzte verweigerten ihnen medizinische Behandlung, da ihre Lebensqualität ohnehin geringer sei als die Nichtbehinderter.
