As a precaution, I would like to point out to you that we will file legal action in case of a negative appeal decision and I would kindly ask you to suspend the trade tax imposed on Otis GmbH & Co. OHG including the interest thereon according to Sec. 64 para. 2 of the German Tax Court Procedure Code until the decision of the fiscal court.
