The costumer claimed that there was a lot of slack in the platform when it was operated. We inspected the platform and realized, that the cage was about to fall off from the cage rotation gear. The cage was demounted and we realized, that all the bolts between the cagebracket and the cage rotaion gear was not tigthend. All bolts was replaced and fastend with medium locktite. There were no damages on any of the structual parts, so we do not expect that there are any further risk by operating the platform.

Der Kunde behauptete, dass es eine Menge Spiel in der Plattform, wenn es betrieben wurde. Wir besichtigten die Plattform und realisiert, dass der Käfig zu fallen aus dem Käfig Rotationszahnrades war. Der Käfig wurde demontiert und uns wurde klar, dass alle Schrauben zwischen dem cagebracket und den Käfig rotaion Getriebe nicht tigthend wurde. Alle Bolzen ersetzt wurde und mit mittlerer Locktite fastend. Es gab keine Schäden an einem der structual Teile, so dass wir erwarten nicht, dass es eine weitere Gefahr durch den Betrieb der Plattform.
