Dear Omar, At first please be informed that our spare part manager Mr Volpert will send you the offer for a new blending motor as soon as possible. By the way you are sure that the blending motor is damage? Do you have checked the break of the motor and also the frequency converter? Only if the frequency converter is ready the blending motor can work. Attached you can find the circuit diagram for checking. Please take a look of the display of the frequency converter. If you switch on the machine you must see Ready on the display of the frequency converter. If you start now in manual mode the blending process you see on the display not more you see now a number (driving speed) and the break of the motor open and the blending process starts.

 At zuerst Bitte beachten Sie, dass unser Ersatzteil-Manager Herr Volpert Ihnen das Angebot für eine neue Füllmethode Motor so schnell wie möglich zusenden.
 Übrigens sind Sie sicher, dass der Füllmethode Motor Schaden ist? Überprüft Sie den Bruch des Motors und auch Frequenzumformer? Nur dann, wenn die Frequenzumformer bereit ist kann der Füllmethode Motor arbeiten.
 Angefügte Schaltplan finden Sie für die Überprüfung. 
 Bitte schauen Sie sich die Anzeige der Frequenzumformer. Wenn Sie die Maschine einschalten, müssen Sie bereit auf dem Display des Frequenzumformer sehen. 
 Wenn Sie nun im manuellen Modus den Füllmethoden Prozess starten sehen Sie auf dem Display nicht mehr sehen Sie jetzt eine Zahl (Fahrgeschwindigkeit) und der Bruch des Motors geöffnet und die Füllmethode beginnt.
