exploratory trip

You are a time-jockey from the distant future on an exploratory trip into the unknown. While re-fueling at a space station, a thief known only as 'Z' sneaks aboard your ship and steals the prized possession of your great great great great great great great great... grandfather; his saddle. You come back to your ship in time to see him jet into space and disappear in a time rift. Reacting quickly, you follow in your own ship and jump through his rift. In your hurried state, you forgot to properly start up your time-engine, and the diamond core was destroyed! Your objectives are simple: 1. Find a diamond substitute to repair your ship. 2. Locate and apprehend Z to reclaim your grandfather's saddle.
