Goods which could be included in two or more of the headings of this chapter are to be classified in that one of those headings which occurs last in numerical order . 4 . In heading Nos 2904 to 2906 , 2908 to 2911 and 2913 to 2920 , any reference to halogenated , sulphonated , nitrated or nitrosated derivatives includes a reference to compound derivatives , such as sulphohalogenated , nitrohalogenated , nitrosulphonated or nitrosulphohalogenated derivatives . Nitro or nitroso groups are not to be taken as 'nitrogen-functions ' for the purposes of heading No 2929 . For the purposes of heading Nos 2911 , 2912 , 2914 , 2918 and 2922 , ' oxygen-function ' is to be restricted to the functions ( the characteristic organic oxygen-containing groups ) referred to in heading Nos 2905 to 2920 . 5 . ( a ) The esters of acid-function organic compounds of sub-chapters I to VII with organic compounds of these sub-chapters are to be classified with that compound which is classified within the heading which occurs last in numerical order in these sub-chapters . ( b ) Esters of ethyl alcohol or glycerol with acid-function organic compounds of sub-chapters I to VII are to be classified within the same heading as the corresponding acid-function compounds . ( c ) Subject to note 1 to Section VI and note 2 to Chapter 28 : ( 1 ) inorganic salts of organic compounds such as acid- , phenol- or enol-function compounds or organic bases , of sub-chapters I to X or heading No 2942 , are to be classified within the heading appropriate to the organic compound ; and ( 2 ) salts formed between organic compounds of sub-chapters I to X or heading No 2942 are to be classified within the heading appropriate to the base or to the acid ( including phenol- or enol-function compounds ) from which they are formed , whichever occurs last in numerical order in the chapter . Heading Nos 2932 , 2933 and 2934 do not include epoxides with a three-membered ring , ketone peroxides , cyclic polymers of aldehydes or of thioaldehydes , anhydrides of polybasic carboxylic acids , cyclic esters of polyhydric alcohols or phenols with polybasic acids , or imides of polybasic acids . These provisions apply only when the ring-position hetero-atoms are those resulting solely from the cyclizing function or functions here listed . Subheading note 1 . Within any one heading of this chapter , derivatives of a chemical compound ( or group of chemical compounds ) are to be classified in the same subheading as that compound ( or group of compounds ) provided that they are not more specifically covered by any other subheading and that there is no residual subheading named 'other ' in the series of subheadings concerned . Additional note 1 . Warenzusammenstellungen , die aus zwei oder mehreren voneinander getrennten Bestandteilen bestehen , von denen einige oder alle zu diesem Abschnitt gehoeren , und die erkennbar dazu bestimmt sind , durch Mischen ein Erzeugnis des Abschnitts VI oder VII herzustellen , sind der fuer dieses Erzeugnis zutreffenden Position zuzuweisen unter der Voraussetzung , dass die Einzelbestandteile : a ) ohne weiteres Umpacken aufgrund ihrer Aufmachung eindeutig erkennbar dazu bestimmt sind , zusammen verwendet zu werden , b ) zusammen gestellt werden und c ) entweder aufgrund ihrer Beschaffenheit oder ihrer entsprechenden Mengen als einander ergaenzend erkennbar sind . KAPITEL 28 ANORGANISCHE CHEMISCHE ERZEUGNISSE ; ANORGANISCHE ODER ORGANISCHE VERBINDUNGEN VON EDELMETALLEN , VON SELTENERDMETALLEN , VON RADIOAKTIVEN ELEMENTEN ODER VON ISOTOPEN Anmerkungen 1. Zu Kapitel 28 gehoeren , soweit nichts anderes bestimmt ist , nur : a ) isolierte chemische Elemente und isolierte chemisch einheitliche Verbindungen , auch wenn sie Verunreinigungen enthalten ; b ) waessrige Loesungen der unter Buchstabe a ) genannten Erzeugnisse ; c ) andere Loesungen der unter Buchstabe a ) genannten Erzeugnisse , sofern die Aufmachung in derartigen Loesungen ausschliesslich aus Sicherheits- oder Transportgruenden ueblich und erforderlich ist , vorausgesetzt , dass der Zusatz des Loesungsmittels das Erzeugnis nicht fuer bestimmte Verwendungszwecke geeigneter macht als fuer den allgemeinen Gebrauch ; d ) die unter den Buchstaben a ) bis c ) genannten Erzeugnisse mit Zusatz eines zu ihrer Erhaltung oder ihrem Transport notwendigen Stabilisierungsmittels ; e ) die unter den Buchstaben a ) bis d ) genannten Erzeugnisse , denen ein Antistaubmittel oder zum leichteren Erkennen oder aus Sicherheitsgruenden ein Farbmittel zugesetzt worden ist , vorausgesetzt , dass diese Zusaetze das Erzeugnis nicht fuer bestimmte Verwendungszwecke geeigneter machen als fuer den allgemeinen Gebrauch . 2. Zu Kapitel 28 gehoeren ausser den durch organische Stoffe stabilisierten Dithioniten und Sulfoxylaten ( Position 2831 ) , den Carbonaten und Peroxocarbonaten anorganischer Basen ( Position 2836 ) , den Cyaniden , Cyanidoxiden und komplexen Cyaniden anorganischer Basen ( Position 2837 ) , den Fulminaten , Cyanaten und Thiocyanaten anorganischer Basen ( Position 2838 ) , den organischen Erzeugnissen der Positionen 2843 bis 2846 und den Carbiden ( Position 2849 ) , nur folgende Kohlenstoffverbindungen : a ) Kohlenoxide , Hydrogencyanid , Knallsaeure , Isocyansaeure , Thiocyansaeure und andere einfache oder komplexe Cyanogensaeuren ( Position 2811 ) ; b ) Kohlenstoffhalogenidoxide ( Position 2812 ) ; c ) Kohlenstoffdisulfid ( Position 2813 ) ; d ) Thiocarbonate , Selenocarbonate , Tellurocarbonate , Selenocyanate , Tellurocyanate , Tetrathiocyanatodiamminochromate ( Reineckate ) und andere komplexe Cyanate anorganischer Basen ( Position 2842 ) ; e ) mit Harnstoff verfestigtes Wasserstoffperoxid ( Position 2847 ) , Kohlenstoffoxysulfid , Thiocarbonylhalogenide , Cyan , Cyanhalogenide und Cyanamid und seine Metallderivate ( Position 2851 ) , ausgenommen Calciumcyanamid , auch rein ( Kapitel 31 ) . 3. Nicht zu diesem Kapitel gehoeren unter Beruecksichtigung der Bestimmungen der Anmerkung 1 zu Abschnitt VI : a ) Natriumchlorid und Magnesiumoxid , auch rein , und andere Erzeugnisse des Abschnitts V ; b ) organisch-anorganische Verbindungen , ausgenommen die in Anmerkung 2 genannten Verbindungen ; c ) die in den Anmerkungen 2 , 3 , 4 oder 5 zu Kapitel 31 genannten Erzeugnisse ; d ) anorganische Erzeugnisse , die als Luminophore verwendet werden und zu Position 3206 gehoeren ; e ) kuenstlicher Graphit ( Position 3801 ) ; Feuerloeschmittel , aufgemacht als Ladungen fuer Feuerloeschgeraete oder als Feuerloeschgranaten oder -bomben der Position 3813 ; Tintenentferner in Aufmachungen fuer den Einzelverkauf der Position 3823 ; kuenstliche Kristalle aus Halogensalzen der Alkali- oder Erdalkalimetalle ( ausgenommen optische Elemente ) mit einem Stueckgewicht von 2,5 g oder mehr der Position 3823 ; f ) Edelsteine , Schmucksteine , synthetische oder rekonstituierte Steine , Pulver von Edelsteinen , Schmucksteinen oder synthetischen Steinen ( Positionen 7102 bis 7105 ) sowie Edelmetalle und deren Legierungen des Kapitels 71 ; g ) Metalle , auch rein , und Metallegierungen des Abschnitts XV ; h ) optische Elemente , z.B. aus Halogensalzen der Alkali- oder Erdalkalimetalle ( Position 9001 ) . 4. Zu Position 2811 gehoeren chemisch einheitliche komplexe Saeuren , die aus einer nichtmetallischen Saeure des Teilkapitels II und einer metallischen Saeure des Teilkapitels IV bestehen . 5. Zu den Positionen 2826 bis 2842 gehoeren nur Salze und Peroxosalze ( Persalze ) von Metallen und von Ammonium . Zu Position 2842 gehoeren Doppel- oder Komplexsalze , soweit nichts anderes bestimmt ist . 6. Zu Position 2844 gehoeren nur : a ) Technetium ( Atomzahl 43 ) , Promethium ( Atomzahl 61 ) , Polonium ( Atomzahl 84 ) und alle Elemente mit einer hoeheren Atomzahl als 84 ; b ) natuerliche oder kuenstliche radioaktive Isotope ( einschliesslich derjenigen der Edelmetalle oder der unedlen Metalle der Abschnitte XIV und XV ) , auch untereinander gemischt ; c ) anorganische oder organische Verbindungen dieser Elemente oder Isotope , auch chemisch nicht einheitlich , auch untereinander gemischt ; d ) Legierungen , Dispersionen ( einschliesslich Cermets ) , keramische Erzeugnisse und Mischungen , die diese Elemente oder Isotope oder deren anorganische oder organische Verbindungen enthalten und die eine spezifische Radioaktivitaet von mehr als 74 Bq / g ( 0,002 ìCi / g ) aufweisen ; e ) verbrauchte ( bestrahlte ) Brennstoffelemente ( Staebe , Kartuschen ) von Kernreaktoren ; f ) radioaktive Rueckstaende , auch wenn sie nicht verwertbar sind . Als _DOUBLEQUOTE_ Isotope _DOUBLEQUOTE_ im Sinne dieser Anmerkung und des Wortlauts der Positionen 2844 und 2845 gelten : - isolierte Nuklide , ausgenommen solche , die in der Natur als Mono-Isotope vorliegen ; - Mischungen von Isotopen ein und desselben Elements , die an einem oder mehreren dieser Isotope angereichert sind , also Elemente , bei denen das natuerliche Isotopenverhaeltnis kuenstlich veraendert worden ist . 7. Zu Position 2848 gehoeren Verbindungen von Phosphor und Kupfer ( Kupferphosphide ) mit einem Gehalt an Phosphor von mehr als 15 GHT . 8. Zu diesem Kapitel gehoeren chemische Elemente , z.B. Silicium und Selen , zur Verwendung in der Elektronik dotiert , wenn sie in rohen gezogenen Formen oder in Form von Zylindern oder Staeben vorliegen . Zu Scheiben , Plaettchen oder aehnlichen Formen geschnitten gehoeren sie zu Position 3818 . Zusaetzliche Anmerkung 1. Soweit nichts anderes bestimmt ist , gehoeren zu den in einer Unterposition genannten Salzen auch die sauren und basischen Salze .
