If you want a final price before the actual repair, I have to say, this is practically impossible. You only know the final price when you repaired the device. If the customer then rejects the price, and wants the device back, we have to take the repaired part out again. So practically this is not possible, this is why I do not like customer asking for a repairs price quotation on forehand, since this is blocking a smooth repair process. I think the repair price policy is very transparent. Customers can check themselves if a repair is out of warranty and or abused, so if they will get invoiced when they send in the repair. So if our indirect customers what to inform their customer on forehand I would suggest they take the highest price.
