We analyzed an electronic medical database with 11938 patients and 13553 admissions from the medical faculty Mannheim/ Germany from April 2006 till October 2011. To identify sepsis incidence we referenced to three Sepsis incidence assumption from clinical nurseries. Free text entries, sepsis specific parameters and sepsis specific antibacterials are based for the assumption. Wir analysierten eine elektronische medizinische Datenbank mit 11.938 Patienten und 13.553 Aufnahmen aus der Medizinischen Fakultät Mannheim / Deutschland von April 2006 bis Oktober 2011. Um Sepsis Inzidenz identifizieren wir verwiesen auf drei Sepsis Inzidenz Annahme aus klinischen Baumschulen.
