5) Whereas globalisation may induce the stratification of the legal market (of law firms) and thus of law schools, the League does not want one-sidedly to address and serve the needs of a particular stratum, but wants to address the problem of globalisation more widely. To this end the League will, as a first step after its foundation, seek to establish partnerships with law firms, government and business, to provide legal aid scholarships.
