Initially mAB from mice were used. These mABs, however, induce a strong immune reaction in humans. Thus mABs were humanized: Chimeric (66% human) and humanized ABs (90% human) were produced by gene technology. Real human ABs can be obtained from transgenic mice that produce human IgG.

Anfänglich mAB aus Mäusen verwendet wurden. Diese mABs jedoch induzieren eine starke Immunreaktion im Menschen.  So mAbs wurden humanisierte:  Chimäre (66% human) und eine humanisierte ABs (90% human) wurden durch Gen-Technologie hergestellt.  Echte menschliche ABs kann von transgenen Mäusen, die menschliche IgG produzieren erhältlich.

Because MabCampath is a recombinant humanized protein, a P450 mediated drug-drug interaction would not be expected.

Da es sich bei MabCampath um ein rekombinantes, humanisiertes Protein handelt, wird eine P450-vermittelte Wechselwirkung mit anderen Arzneimitteln nicht erwartet.

Purgatory is not as concrete as it once was. That is to say, it never truly was - it is a realm, not a place, it is an idea, an installment of fear; a finality afforded only to those who are the personification of primal fear itself and to the chosen children of God. Angels are neither of those. Castiel feels he ought to be thankful, almost, for his residence here - it is an Afterlife fitting of one wrought with as much destruction and betrayal as he. But again, he feels he may have humanized himself far too much to be expecting an Afterlife at all. Purgatory feels more like an Afterlife, now, anyway - it is less a solid forest, less the physical and material manifestation of the souls who reside here. The Human has left and so his beliefs and understanding of existence no longer shape the projection of the realm. Dean Winchester is saved, and Castiel is alone.

Engel sind keiner von denen. Castiel fühlt er, fast, für seinen Aufenthalt hier dankbar sein sollte - es ist ein Leben nach dem Tod-Formstück einer mit so viel Zerstörung und Verrat als er gewirkt. Aber wieder, er glaubt, daß er sich viel zu sehr vermenschlicht haben kann um ein Leben nach dem Tod überhaupt erwartet werden.
 
 Fegefeuer glaubt eher wie ein Fortleben, jetzt, wie auch immer - es ist weniger eine solide Wald, weniger die physische und materielle Manifestation der Seelen, die hier wohnen. Der Menschen verlassen hat und also seine Überzeugungen und das Verständnis der Existenz nicht mehr prägen die Projektion des Reiches. Dean Winchester wird gespeichert, und Castiel ist allein.
