NOW INTO COURT, through undersigned counsel, comes Renate Staimpel, who moves the Court as follows: I. The parties hereto are husband and wife. They have one child, namely Samantha Marie (born December 14, 2007). This minor child is in the care and legal custody of Mover in Germany. II. On June 17, 2009, the parties signed an agreement in which defendant-in-rule Scott Staimpel agreed to pay child support in the amount of $100.00 per week. However, there was no judgment which actually awarded child support. Mover now requests that this court order Mr. Staimpel to pay child support based upon the Louisiana child support guidelines. III.

Sie haben ein Kind, nämlich Samantha Marie (geboren 14. Dezember 2007). Dieses kleine Kind ist in der Betreuung und Sorgerecht des Urhebers in Deutschland. II. Am 17. Juni 2009 unterzeichneten die Parteien in dem Beklagten-in-Regel Scott Staimpel vereinbart, Kindergeld in Höhe von $100.00 pro Woche. Allerdings gab es kein Urteil, das Kindergeld tatsächlich ausgezeichnet. Mover fordert nun, dass diese gerichtliche Anordnung der Louisiana Kind Supportrichtlinien Mr. Staimpel, Kindergeld zu zahlen zugrunde. III.
