(6) Folgende Stoffe, für die keine Sicherheitsdossiers vorliegen, sind derzeit als Farbstoffe in Anhang IV und als Inhaltsstoffe von Haarfärbemitteln in Anhang III erster und zweiter Teil aufgeführt und sollten aus Anhang III gestrichen und zwecks Verbot ihrer Verwendung in Haarfärbemitteln in Anhang II aufgenommen werden: 1-Hydroxy-2,4-diaminobenzol (2,4-Diaminophenol) und sein Dihydrochloridsalz, 1,4-Dihydroxybenzol (Hydrochinon), [4-[[4-Anilino-1-naphthyl][4-(dimethylamino)-phenyl]methylen]cyclohexa-2,5-dien-1-yliden]dimethylammoniumchlorid (Basic Blue 26), Dinatrium-3-[(2,4-dimethyl-5-sulfonatophenyl)azo]-4-hydroxynaphthalin-1-sulfonat (Ponceau SX) sowie 4-[(4-Aminophenyl)(4-iminocyclohexa-2,5-dien-1-yliden)methyl]-o-toluidin und sein Hydrochloridsalz (Basic Violet 14).

The quench liquid was stabilized with 200 ppm of hydroquinone monomethyl ether.
