I am not indulging in hyperbole, however -especially in an extremely sensitive area such as this -and I regret the fact that both the rapporteur and the specialist committee have opted for a hyperbolic and frankly excessive approach, which goes far beyond what is necessary.This is why I voted against the report.

Allerdings verfalle ich nicht in Maximalismus, vor allem nicht in einem so überaus heiklen Bereich wie diesem, und ich bedauere, dass sowohl der Berichterstatter als auch der Fachausschuss sich auf eine -offen gesagt -überbetonte, maximalistische Linie begeben haben, die weit über das Notwendige hinausgeht.
