Dear Olaf, a hypothetic question: If we choose ShinEtsu X43 as final BOM for PxM3.1: Do we need to build up qualification samples with mold compound produced at both ShinEtsu production sites during qualification? ShinEtsu confirmed, that mold compound produced at both production sites have the same specification. If we need, the material must be available in CW42 and the PO must be issued soon. Lieber Olaf, eine hypothetische Frage: Wenn wir ShinEtsu X43 als endgültig BOM wählen für PxM3.1: Brauchen wir aufbauen Qualifikation Proben mit Vergussmasse an beiden ShinEtsu Produktionsstätten in der Qualifikation produziert? ShinEtsu bestätigt, dass Schimmel Verbindung an beiden Standorten produziert die gleiche Spezifikation haben. Wenn wir brauchen, muss das Material im CW42 nutzbar und PO muss bald erteilt.
