So as for you it is more useful to deal as well the Zink Flake topic and the ZnFe issue at the same time, we have to go for another timing. Let us suggest another idea: As we both discussed before during our phone call, it is more or less impractically to achieve really the same plating conditions in our Techlab as in a customer line in serial production. And as the flaking seems to have a really complex root cause, it might not be very reasonable to do Lab-scale tests for understanding the flaking effect.

So wie Sie es nützlicher ist als gut umgehen das Zink Flake Thema und die ZnFe Thema zur gleichen Zeit, müssen wir für einen anderen Zeitpunkt zu gehen. Wir schlagen eine andere Idee: Da wir beide vorher besprochen während unseres Telefonats ist es mehr oder weniger unpraktisch, um wirklich zu den gleichen Beschichtungsbedingungen in unserem Techlab wie in einem Kunden-Linie in der Serienfertigung. Und wie das Abblättern, um eine wirklich komplexe Ursache zu haben scheint, ist es vielleicht nicht sehr sinnvoll, Lab-scale Tests für das Verständnis der Schuppenbildung Wirkung tun.
