Additional to the cover of D&O, there is your Fidelity Insurance which provides coverage of finacial damages in case of wilful and unlawful acts of insured person. Also insured are external legal costs of up to 20% of the insured loss (§ 29 - 30 Conditions of Fidelity Insurance-Premium). Further internal legal costs will be reimburst up to 5% of the insured loss (§31 -§ 33).

Zusätzlich zur Abdeckung der D & O, es ist Ihr Fidelity Insurance, die Berichterstattung über finacial Schäden im Falle von Vorsatz und aus unerlaubter Handlung des Versicherten zur Verfügung stellt. Auch versichert sind externe juristische Kosten von bis zu 20% des versicherten Schadens (§ 29 bis 30 AGB Fidelity Insurance-Premium). Weitere interne rechtliche Kosten reimburst bis zu 5% des versicherten Verlust (- § 33 § 31).
