-in Article 1(1) it includes, as part of the aid granted to R. E. Pilz GmbH%amp% Co Beteiligungs KG, Pilz%amp% Robotron GmbH%amp% Co. Beteiligungs KG and Pilz Albrechts GmbH for the establishment, operation and consolidation of the CD plant in Albrechts (Thuringia), an amount of DEM 54,7 million under the Land of Bavaria's guarantee, an amount of DEM 3 million as debt waiver, and an amount of DEM 63,45 million as part of the investment grants and allowances provided by the Land of Thuringia and the Land of Bavaria;

-Artikel 1 Absatz 1 in die Beihilfen, die der R. E. Pilz GmbH%amp% Co. Beteiligungs KG, der Pilz%amp% Robotron GmbH%amp% Co. Beteiligungs KG und der Pilz Albrechts GmbH zum Zweck der Errichtung, des Betriebes und der Konsolidierung der CD-Fabrik in Albrechts (Thüringen) gewährt wurden, einen Betrag von 54,7 Mio. DM aufgrund der Bürgschaft des Freistaats Bayern, einen Betrag von 3 Mio. DM aufgrund des Forderungsverzichts sowie Beträge von 63,45 Mio. DM und von 19,42 Mio. DM aufgrund der vom Freistaat Thüringen und der vom Freistaat Bayern gewährten Investitionszuschüsse und -zulagen mit einbezieht;
