5) Whereas globalisation may induce the stratification of the legal market (of law firms) and thus of law schools, the League does not want one-sidedly to address and serve the needs of a particular stratum, but wants to address the problem of globalisation more widely. To this end the League will, as a first step after its foundation, seek to establish partnerships with law firms, government and business, to provide legal aid scholarships.

5) Die Globalisierung kann induzieren die Schichtung des legalen Markt (von Anwaltskanzleien) und damit der juristischen Fakultäten, die Liga nicht einseitig ansprechen wollen und den Bedürfnissen einer bestimmten Schicht, sondern will das Problem der Globalisierung zu begegnen mehr weit. Zu diesem Zweck wird die Liga, in einem ersten Schritt nach ihrer Gründung, sich um Partnerschaften mit Kanzleien, Staat und Wirtschaft zu etablieren, die Prozesskostenhilfe Stipendien bieten.

3) All partaking schools agree on maintaining a website, which will serve as a platform for knowledge dissemination on globalisation and law. FGV Direito Sao Paulo and Tilburg Law School will prepare proposals about the set-up for the website for the Tilburg Conference. They will seek the relevant intellectual property protection for name of the League, the logo and the main derivative domain names.

3) Alle Teilhabe Schulen einigen sich auf die Aufrechterhaltung einer Website, die als Plattform für die Verbreitung von Wissen über die Globalisierung und Gesetz dienen soll. FGV Direito Sao Paulo und Tilburg Law School bereitet Vorschläge über die Set-up für die Website für die Konferenz Tilburg. Sie werden versuchen die relevanten Schutz des geistigen Eigentums für die Namen des Bundes, das Logo und die wichtigsten derivativen Domain-Namen.

2) All partaking schools agree that there will be an annual conference of the League, which will be organised each year by a different member. The next conference will be at Tilburg, on 20-22 June 2012. The general format will be one day for executive meetings of the League’s main body and working committees, a second day for academic purposes. The conference will ideally overlap with the annual League’s Summer School and will as of 2013 take place in July.

2) Alle Teilhabe Schulen einig, dass es eine jährliche Konferenz der Liga, die jedes Jahr organisiert wird von einem anderen Mitglied sein. Die nächste Konferenz wird in Tilburg sein, am 20-22 Juni 2012. Das allgemeine Format eines Tages für Vorstandssitzungen von der Liga, Hauptteil und Arbeitskreisen, einen zweiten Tag für akademische Zwecke sein. Die Konferenz wird im Idealfall mit der jährlichen League Summer School überlappen und wird ab dem Jahr 2013 finden im Juli statt.

I am very happy to say that the Secretary-General of the Arab League, Mr Amre Moussa, has also gone there now and that there will be a conference next year, together with the Arabs, in order to enhance this relationship that has been hampered in the last few years.

Ich stelle mit großer Freude fest, dass sich der Generalsekretär der Arabischen Liga, Herr Amre Moussa, inzwischen auch dorthin begeben hat und dass im kommenden Jahr gemeinsam mit den Arabern eine Konferenz stattfinden wird, um das Verhältnis, das in den letzten Jahren gestört gewesen ist, zu verbessern.
