To determine the transformation pathway, a representative soil can be used; a sandy loam or silty loam or loam or loamy sand (according to FAO and USDA classification (18)), with a pH of 5,5-8,0, an organic carbon content of 0,5-2,5 % and a microbial biomass of at least 1 % of total organic carbon is recommended (10).

Zur Bestimmung der Transformationswege kann ein repräsentativer Boden verwendet werden; empfohlen werden sandiger Lehm oder schluffiger Lehm oder Lehm oder lehmiger Sand (gemäß FAO und USDA-Klassifikation (18)) mit einem pH-Wert von 5,5-8,0, einem organischen Kohlenstoffgehalt von 0,5-2,5 % und einer mikrobiellen Biomasse von mindestens 1 % des gesamten organischen Kohlenstoffs (10).
