With our previous order as per the invoice 208/12, we received Cornflakes Panade PD 040F at the amount of 2400 kg. Our major client asked EFT representative to come to its premises and accused us of supplying it with the product of unsatisfactory quality. The visual examination of the bag has shown that on the top of the bag there are cornflakes, and below there is a lot of flour. We suspect that there is disproportion between the cornflakes and the flour, which makes the product unmarketable. The client cannot even use such coating. It asks EFT to take it back and refuses to pay for it. We will make the photos and send them to you. Meanwhile, we will carry out our own investigation of this problem. However, we do not have any reason not to trust this customer, since it has not made such claims earlier, and does not have any claims to other coatings (Kokos and Kartoffelpanade).

Mit unserem vorherigen Bestellung per Rechnung 208/12 erhielten wir Cornflakes Panade PD 040F in der Höhe von 2400 kg. Unsere wichtigsten Kunden gebeten EFT Vertreter zu seinen Räumlichkeiten zu kommen und beschuldigte uns Versorgung mit dem Produkt von minderer Qualität. Die visuelle Untersuchung des Beutels hat gezeigt, dass auf der Oberseite des Beutels sind Cornflakes und unten gibt es eine Menge von Mehl. Wir vermuten, dass es Missverhältnis zwischen der Cornflakes und das Mehl, die das Produkt unverkäuflich macht. Der Client kann nicht einmal eine solche Beschichtung. Es fragt EFT zu Rücknahme und weigert sich, dafür zu zahlen. Wir machen die Fotos und schicken sie Ihnen. Inzwischen führen wir unsere eigene Untersuchung dieses Problems. Allerdings haben wir keinen Grund, nicht zu diesen Kunden vertrauen, da es nicht solche Ansprüche zuvor gemacht und hat keine Ansprüche auf andere Beschichtungen (Kokos und Kartoffelpanade).
