Hello Jens, Looking at this claim I have a few questions. 1) Would it be a possibility if you could take a picture of the box with the label and the content inside? 2) The quantity per your order says 1, I don’t get this to match the original PO which says 3pcs as do our packing list, is the wrong article marked off? I’ll keep looking into this, but if you could look into getting a picture of the box and the content it would eliminate one suspicion I have of what could have happened.

Hallo Jens, Blick auf diesen Anspruch habe ich ein paar Fragen. 1) Wäre es eine Möglichkeit sein, wenn Sie ein Bild von der Box mit dem Label und der Inhalt innerhalb könnte? 2) Die Menge pro Bestellung sagt 1, weiß ich nicht bekomme, um die ursprüngliche PO die 3pcs wie unsere Packliste, sagt übereinstimmen, wird der falsche Artikel abgegrenzt? Ich werde in diesem suchen, aber wenn Sie in sich ein Bild der Box und der Inhalt aussehen könnte wäre es ein Verdacht, ich habe von dem, was passiert sein könnte zu beseitigen.
