Currently Real scans the invoices, performs a pre-recognition either in Alzey or in Pune and sends them to SSC Pune for completion. MCC Germany uses for 65% of all invoices the old process with support of METRO Group Processing (MGP). For the rest a scanning is performed. •

For standard cases a homogenous solution based on individual non manual volume counting will be created and implemented with the support of METRO Systems locally. This might however required advance consent of the workers counsel in Duesseldorf. Exceptional cases will be done manually, but documented under consideration of the four-eyes principle.
