We have collaborated with Monocle to produce this special solid Maple wood umbrella. The dark green umbrella is hand-crafted from a single piece of polished maple with a continuous shaft/handle, industrial frame and bronze ferrule. The wood has been stained, polished and varnished. We’ve used a luxury poly fabric from Italy which is very hardwearing and repels water perfectly. The panels have been cut by hand into eight triangles in opposite directions to make full use of the fabric and allow minimum wastage. We’ve carefully stitched them together to form the canopy which is then threaded on to a very traditional, industrial-strength frame. The umbrella features a very subtle white printed Monocle logo on the outside and collaboration descriptor on the inside. Wir haben gemeinsam mit Monokel, diesem besonderen solid Maple Holz Dach zu produzieren. Der dunkle Grün Regenschirm ist handgefertigt aus einem Stück von poliertem Ahorn mit einer kontinuierlichen Welle/Handle, industrielle Rahmen und Bronze Ferrule.
 
 Das Holz ist gebeizt, poliert und lackiert. Wir haben ein Luxus-Poly-Gewebe aus Italien verwendet die ist sehr strapazierfähig und abstößt Wasser perfekt. Die Platten wurden von hand in acht Dreiecke in entgegengesetzte Richtungen voll nutzen des Gewebes und ermöglichen minimale Streuverluste gesenkt. Wir haben sorgfältig vernäht sie zusammen, um die Kappe zu bilden, die dann auf eine sehr traditionelle, professionelle Rahmen verkettet ist. Dem Dach verfügt über ein sehr subtiles weißes gedrucktes Monocle Logo auf der Außenseite und Zusammenarbeit Deskriptor auf der Innenseite.
