A method of manufacturing a noise prevention high voltage resistive wire having a core wire (1b) and an insulating material, which comprises the following steps of: (a) removing the insulating material from at least one end of the resistive wire to expose at least one end of the core wire (1b); (b) putting a resin conductive bonding agent into a metallic cap (4); (c) fitting the metallic cap (4) to at least one end of the resistive wire at which the core wire end is exposed; (d) fitting a metallic terminal (2) to the metallic cap (4) fitted to the resistive wire; and (e) caulking the metallic cap (4) to the insulating material and the metallic terminal (2) to the metallic cap (4) and the insulating material simultaneously, whereby the metallic cap (4) is fixed to said one end of the core wire by both said resin bonding agent and said caulking.

Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Hochspannungswiderstandskabels mit Störgeräuschverhinderung, das ein Kernkabel (1b) und ein isolierendes Material aufweist, welches die folgenden Schritte aufweist: (a) Entfernen des Isoliermaterials von wenigstens einem Ende des Widerstandskabels, um wenigstens ein Ende des Widerstandskabels (1b) freizulegen; (b) Setzen eines leitenden Harz-Anheftzuschlagstoffes in eine metallische Kappe (4); (c) Befestigen der metallischen Kappe (4) an wenigstens einem Ende des Widerstandskabels, bei dem das Widerstandskabelende freigelegt ist; (d) Anbringen eines metallischen Anschlusses (2) an der metallischen Kappe (4), die an dem Widerstandskabel angebracht ist; und (e) Verstemmen der metallischen Kappe (4) mit dem Isoliermaterial und des metallischen Anschlusses (2) mit der metallischen Kappe (4) und dem Isoliermaterial gleichzeitig, wodurch die metallische Kappe (4) an dem einen Ende des Kernkabels sowohl durch den Harzanheftzuschlagstoff als auch durch das Verstemmen befestigt wird.
