EUROCONTROL would like to conclude a new contract (insurance policy) to cover its officials, servants (Maastricht Centre) and contract staff against the risk of accident, occupational disease and death from natural causes.

EUROCONTROL möchte schließen einen neuen Vertrag (Versicherung) zur Deckung ihrer Beamten, Diener (Maastricht Zentrum) und Vertragsbediensteten gegen das Risiko von Unfällen, Berufskrankheiten und Tod durch natürliche Ursachen.

It is to cover the financial consequences of accidents, including accidental death and the occupational diseases for which EUROCONTROL is liable under the above-mentioned articles. The detailed rules governing the risks covered and the benefits payable are set out in Rule of Application No 10a concerning insurance against the risk of accident and occupational disease.

Es ist zur Deckung der finanziellen Folgen von Unfällen, einschließlich Tod durch Unfall und Berufskrankheiten für die EUROCONTROL unter den oben genannten Artikeln haftet. 4 . Where necessary the case should be referred back , in accordance with the same procedure , to the corresponding institution of the Member State under whose legislation the person suffering from the desease first pursued the activity which might cause the occupational disease in question .
