Stabilus learned that during the overwork - process at Igarashi has been done a washing out of the bushing, so that the lubrication was gone. These motors are not usable at Stabilus. Therefore the motors were sent to IG Germany for improvement. The last informations show that the improvement - actions at IG Germany aren't completely successfull. Stabilus need URGENT replacement for the worse sounding motors. Igarashi is required to submitt a solution.

Stabilus gelernt, dass bei der Überarbeitung - Prozess bei Igarashi getan wurde, ein Auswaschen der Buchse, so dass die Schmierung weg war. Diese Motoren sind nicht verwendbar bei Stabilus. Deshalb wurden die Motoren an die IG Deutschland für Verbesserungen gesendet. Die letzten Informationen zeigen, dass die Verbesserung - Aktionen bei der IG Deutschland nicht völlig erfolgreich. Stabilus brauchen dringend Ersatz für die schlechter klingende Motoren. Igarashi ist erforderlich, um eine Lösung submitt.

the workmanship for front neck drop end is not good. It forms a bump under neck seam. That is the reason why we have change these supplier. See the picture. Supplier must overwork this part. We accept no fitting sample and no production with this neck drop end.

Die Verarbeitung für die vorderen Hals Drop Ende ist nicht gut. Er bildet eine Erhebung unter den Hals Naht. Das ist der Grund, warum wir ändern diese Lieferanten. Siehe das Bild. Der Lieferant muss diesen Teil überarbeiten. Wir übernehmen keine passende Probe und keine Produktion mit dieser Hals Drop Ende.

The reason for the higher amount of machinery installed at the Hotaka plant comes from the JIT just in time delivery requirement in short production cycles and not from some workforce problems. There were none, only HPI had such a problem because of the partly very monotone work. HDSI is able to to rapidly deliver a volume worth 16-18M€ within 3-6 weeks. HDSI’s overwork currently shows an average of 15 man-hours monthly i.e. less than 4 hours per week.
