The photo sensor is glued into place within the housing and then encapsulated by epoxy resin. From the customers description, the units work under some manipulation. Honeywell were unable to replicate this. It is difficult to determine true root cause due to the nature of the part assembly. Trying remove the photosensor from the epoxy & glue could introduce a different cause. We can only speculate on root cause in this instance which would include (but not limited to) customer application/damage, early life failure.

Honeywell konnten dies nicht replizieren. Es ist schwierig, wahre Ursache aufgrund der Art der Montage des Teils zu bestimmen.
