At Patrocínio only the application of 200 kg K+ resulted in a yield increase compared to control. Internal quality parameters such as polyphenoloxidase activity, colour index were negatively affected by the application of chlorides throght potassium chloride. Best results in terms of internal quality were obtained by potassium sulphate at a doses of 200 kg K+/ha.

Interne Qualitätsparameter wie Polyphenoloxidase Aktivität wurden Farbindex negativ durch die Anwendung von Chloriden throght Kaliumchlorid betroffen. Die besten Ergebnisse in Bezug auf die innere Qualität wurden von Kaliumsulfat an einer Dosis von 200 kg K / ha erreicht.
