I live in Holland and want to buy a seven string (Brazilian sete cordas) which is hard to find. I'm not sure in which price category your instruments are. I have about 1100 tot spend. I realize that is not much for a handmade instrument. The only one I can find here are Rozini's. This is a Brazilian brand but they only make very cheap instruments.
