Alle Bedingungen für den Vollzug des im November 2013 unterzeichneten Kaufvertrags sind erfüllt, darunter die Genehmigung der Kartellbehörden sowie der Abschluss eines Interessenausgleichs für die Mitarbeiter von Bosch Solar Energy, die zur SolarWorld Industries-Thüringen GmbH wechseln.
