This perk creates a 17% chance that the shell type will switch instantly when changing shell types, regardless of whether the gun was loaded and ready to fire or in the middle of the loading process. At least from v0.7.5, the effect is cumulative, so two Loaders with this perk will create a 34% chance. After the perk takes effect, the gun must be completely reloaded before it can take effect again. Primarily helpful on tanks where you change shell types a lot.
