A Decision set out, for the first time, noise limits for rail rolling stock to progressively reduce noise from rail transport.

In einer Entscheidung wurden zum ersten Mal Grenzwerte für die Geräuschemissionen von Schienenfahrzeugen festgelegt, um die Lärmentwicklung durch den Schienenverkehr nach und nach zu verringern.

Dear Members, The TC 256 Secretariat has received a request from DIN/FSF to extend the date of withdrawal (dow) for the national fire safety standards for rolling stock from 6 months to 36 months when the EN 45545-series will be published. The justification is given in the attached request DOC N 3533. According to the CEN/CLC Internal Regulations, Part 2 dow (date of withdrawal) is defined as "latest date by which national standards conflicting with and an EN (and HD for CENELEC) have to be withdrawn".

Liebe Mitglieder, hat das TC 256 Sekretariat eine Anfrage von DIN / FSF, um das Datum der Zurückziehung (dow) für die nationalen Brandschutz-Standards für Fahrzeuge reichen von 6 Monaten bis 36 Monate, wenn der EN 45545-Reihe veröffentlicht werden empfangen. Die Begründung ist in dem beigefügten Anfrage DOC N 3533 gegeben. Nach Angaben der CEN / CLC-Geschäftsordnung, Teil 2 wird Dow (date of withdrawal) als "spätestes Datum, zu dem nationale Normen, mit und einer EN (oder des HD in CENELEC), zurückgezogen werden müssen" definiert.

Following the publication of EN 45545 series all existing national fire safety standards for railway rolling stock in Europe will have to be withdrawn after 6 months. The dow concerns the EN as a whole. It is not possible to exempt any clause, sub-clause or other element of the EN from the application of the dow. However, the project work and design of current vehicles series are in accordance with the requirements of TSI HS RST dated March 2008 where the national standards are still applicable.

Nach der Veröffentlichung der EN 45545-Serie alle bestehenden nationalen Brandschutznormen für Schienenfahrzeuge in Europa wird sich nach 6 Monaten zurückgezogen werden. Der Dow betrifft die DE als Ganzes. Es ist nicht möglich, jede Klausel, Unterabschnitt oder andere Element des EN aus der Anwendung des Dow freizustellen. Allerdings sind die Projektarbeit und das Design der aktuellen Fahrzeuge Serie in Übereinstimmung mit den Anforderungen der TSI RST HS vom März 2008, wo die nationalen Normen sind nach wie vor zutreffend.
