And I have talked with the colleagues from the production and the fieldservice and both has told me that this problem can by only when the safety catch is blocked in the humper bar. That is only possible when the safety catch is not right adjusted. See on the drawing there is the solenoid cover this it's possible to dismantle and then you can adjusted the position from the safety catch. The technician has to test is the mechanic works fine from the safety catch or is the stiffness and is the electrical connection o.k. Sehr geehrte Frau Tao, eingeschlossen Ich habe eine Zeichnung, wo Sie sehen, was ist passiert, dass der Aufzug die humper bar gebogen. Und ich habe mit den Kollegen aus der Produktion und dem Fieldservice gesprochen und beide hat mir gesagt, dass dieses Problem durch nur, wenn die Fangvorrichtung im humper bar blockiert. Das ist nur möglich, wenn die Fangvorrichtung ist nicht richtig eingestellt. Siehe auf der Zeichnung gibt das Magnetventil decken diese ist es möglich, zu zerlegen und dann können Sie die Position der Fangvorrichtung angepasst. Der Techniker hat zu testen, ist der Mechaniker funktioniert gut von der Fangvorrichtung oder die Steifigkeit und ist die elektrische Verbindung ok Das ist der Grund, warum wir nicht aufgeben können Sie die humper bar unter Garantie sind.
