The prices are standard prices, the special prices for REHAU are about 50%.

Renewal: This Agreement will automatically renew for additional successive annual periods unless cancelled by either party by written notice sixty (60) days prior to the end of each initial or subsequent annual period. Any such automatic annual renewal will be at standard prices and terms in effect at the time of the renewal. In the event this Agreement is not cancelled as set forth above, Phenom-World will invoice Customer thirty (30) days prior to the start of each annual period. If the contract price for any annual renewal exceeds the immediately preceding annual contract price by greater than ten percent (10%) the Customer shall have the right to terminate this Agreement by sending written notice to Phenom-World within thirty (30) days of the invoice date. Customer shall pay for service up to the date of written termination on a prorated basis based on the prior year’s contract price

Erneuerung: Dieser Vertrag wird automatisch um weitere aufeinander jährliche Zeiträume zu verlängern, wenn von jeder Partei durch schriftliche Mitteilung 60 (60) Tage vor dem Ende eines jeden der erstmaligen oder nachfolgenden Berichtsperiode aufgehoben. Eine solche automatische jährliche Erneuerung wird zu Standard-Preisen und Bedingungen in der zum Zeitpunkt der Erneuerung. Im Falle dieser Vereinbarung wird nicht abgebrochen, wie oben dargelegt, Phenom-World in Rechnung Kunde dreißig (30) Tage vor Beginn der jeweiligen Zeitraum. Wird der Vertrag Preis für jede jährliche Erneuerung übersteigt die unmittelbar vorhergehenden jährlichen Auftragswert von mehr als zehn Prozent (10%) hat der Kunde das Recht haben, dieses Abkommen durch schriftliche Mitteilung an Phenom-World in 30 (30) Tagen nach der Kündigung Rechnungsdatum. Der Kunde ist für den Dienst bis zu dem Datum der schriftlichen Kündigung zeitanteilig auf dem Vorjahresniveau vertraglich vereinbarten Preisen zu bezahlen
