Dear Mr Wenda GE, we had our first meeting with Mr Albert today. There are few points that we still need more information on: Are there any time and technical standards/requirements? When should the audited annual financial statement be submitted in China? Is there a consolidated annual report that we should be auditing? If so, do we have a due date? Since Carlsson Autotechnik GmbH is a small corporation, it is possible to submit the annual financial statement by 30th of June 2013 (compliant with the German law). In order to do the audit we need a draft/outline from you. Furthermore, we have noticed that a lot of capital/funds were given. Our applied business assessment states a negative of T€ 750 (October 2012). Precautionary we recommend, deliberating at year-end if the corporation should be equipped with publications or subordinations. Best regards

Es gibt einige Punkte, die wir brauchen noch mehr Informationen über: Gibt es zu jeder Zeit und technische Standards / Anforderungen? Wann sollte der geprüften Jahresabschlusses in China eingereicht werden? Gibt es einen konsolidierten Jahresbericht, dass wir Revision sein? Wenn dem so ist, haben wir ein Fälligkeitsdatum? Da Carlsson Autotechnik GmbH ist eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft, ist es möglich, den Jahresabschluss von 30. Juni 2013 (konform mit dem deutschen Recht) einreichen. Um die Prüfung brauchen wir einen Entwurf / Gliederung von Ihnen. Darüber hinaus haben wir festgestellt, dass eine Menge Kapital / funds gegeben wurden. Unsere Anwendung kaufmännischer Beurteilung heißt es in einer negativen von T € 750 (Oktober 2012). Vorsorglich weisen wir empfehlen, zum Jahresende überlegt, wenn das Unternehmen mit Publikationen oder Unterordnungen ausgestattet sein. Mit freundlichen Grüßen
