supplementary regulations

Relevant provisions of the import and export control for the purposes of this section are particularly (but not exclusively): the Foreign Trade and Payments Act (AWG), the Foreign Trade Regulations (AWVO), called the EC Dual-use Regulation (currently Regulation (EC) No 428/2009 of the Council of 05.05.2009), the existing countries and people embargo including the embargo measures to combat terrorism (so-called anti-terrorist lists), the War Weapons Control Act (KrWaffKontrG), and the Act Implementing the Chemical Weapons Convention (CWCIA), all in the respective relevant current versions with all annexes, implementing regulations and other supplementary regulations.

Einschlägige Vorschriften der Ein- und Ausfuhrkontrolle im Sinne dieses Abschnitts sind insbesondere (aber nicht ausschließlich): das Außenwirtschaftsgesetz (AWG), die Außenwirtschaftsverordnung (AWVO), die sogenannte EG Dual-Use-Verordnung (derzeit Verordnung (EG) Nr. 428/2009 des Rates vom 05.05.2009), die bestehenden Länder- und Personen-Embargos einschließlich der Embargomaßnahmen zur Terrorismusbekämpfung (sog. Anti-Terror-Listen), das Kriegswaffenkontrollgesetz (KrWaffKontrG), sowie das Ausführungsgesetz zum Chemiewaffenübereinkommen (CWÜAG), alle in den jeweils geltenden aktuellen Fassungen mit sämtlichen Anhängen, Durchführungsverordnungen und sonstigen ergänzenden Regelungen.
