Hallo Herr Levente, nachdem wir talkde mit PAT über das aktuelle Problem, werde ich eine Testreihe auf X-Ray Maschine zu starten. Hier möchte ich 30 aktuelle Teile aus der Produktion zu überprüfen.

Hello Mr. Levente, after we had an short conversation with PAT over the current problem, Plauen is watching their process and looking for solution. I want to start an test series on X-Ray machine. Here I want to check 30 current parts out of production and evaluate the results. To make sure the porosity on current stock is OK. The leak test in Plauen takes place as already discussed with you, not on the affected area. I think maybe it is a worth considering, to install an extra leak test. This should be discussed between SWM and CAS, because an extra test equals extra costs.

Ich möchte eine Testreihe auf X-Ray Maschine zu starten. Hier möchte ich 30 aktuelle Teile aus der Produktion zu überprüfen und die Ergebnisse auszuwerten. Um sicherzustellen, dass die Porosität über aktuelle Bestand ist OK. Die Dichtheitsprüfung in Plauen erfolgt wie bereits mit Ihnen besprochen, nicht auf dem betroffenen Gebiet. Ich denke, vielleicht ist es eine Überlegung wert, eine zusätzliche Dichtheitsprüfung installieren. Diese sollte zwischen SWM und CAS diskutiert werden, weil ein zusätzlicher Test entspricht zusätzlichen Kosten.
