Many thanks to the referees, who found that some of the orthorhombic sphere packings also occur with tetragonal symmetries. I discussed that with Elke Koch and we decided that both symmetries should occur in the symbol, since the densities are different for packings with tetragonal and orthorhombic symmetries. I added a small chapter in the text. None of those pairs correspond to couples a and b (otherwise it would be mentioned in the text). The same holds for 6/4/t11, 5/4/o25 and 4/4/o17.
