In principle JMF's question is correct. As there is a MC TeleRokkor-PF 2/100 and a MC TeleRokkor 2.5/100. But as the first one is an ultra rare collectors item (albeit a very good lens) we can surely assume he wants a comment on the difference between the early 2.5/100 lens (PF construction, 6 lenses is 5 groups) and the late one (5 single lenses). The late one (5/5) might have a minimal advantage in sharpness, while the early one might have a minimal better bokeh. In the end both are on the same level. The late one got a minimum focussing distance of only 1.0m opposed to the 1.2m for the early one. For some people this is an advantage. I am not a portrait pg, so I can't tell. Otherwise I think the lenses are equal. Personally I like my copy of the early one better, as my late copy got a worn out filter thread. So I have to fiddle around to get the lens shade on it.

Aber als der erste ist ein ultra seltenes Sammlerstück (wenn auch ein sehr gutes Objektiv) können wir sicher davon ausgehen, will er einen Kommentar auf der Differenz zwischen dem frühen 2.5/100 Objektiv (PF Konstruktion, 6 Linsen 5 Gruppen) und der späten (5 einzelnen Linsen). Die späte einer (5/5) könnte einen minimalen Vorteil in der Schärfe, während die an einem frühen einen minimalen bessere bokeh haben könnte. Am Ende sind beide auf dem gleichen Niveau. Der späte bekam man eine minimale Zielweite von nur 1,0 m Gegensatz zu den 1,2 für die frühe ein. Für manche Menschen ist dies ein Vorteil. Ich bin nicht ein Porträt pg, so kann ich nicht sagen. Ansonsten denke ich die Linsen sind gleich. Persönlich Ich mag meine Kopie des frühen man besser, wie mein verstorbener Kopie bekam ein aus Filtergewinde getragen. Also habe ich zu hantieren, um das Objektiv Schatten auf es zu bekommen.
