The production philosophy of Terre di Sava is to infuse a common spirit into the vine-growers’ activity, the work among the vineyards and the engagement in the winery; to express in the best possible way the intensity and aromatic complexity of the native fruits and then transfer the organoleptic feautures into the wines. Beginning from the agronomic care the intention of Terre di Sava is to preserve and respect to the utmost the integrity and richness of the raw materials in order to obtain the best from every single grape. Then the grapes are sent to the winery where every wine-making practice and maturation in oak barrels or stainless steel tanks is designed to enhance the traits which are peculiar to these carefully selected grapes. Terre di Sava believes in this. Maybe because of an ancient country conviction or maybe “only” because the environmental, climatic and soil conditions make this land ideal for growing grapes and turning them into wine.
