6.3. The Party affected by the said circumstances must notify the other Party in writing of its inability to perform obligations hereunder reasonable time. 6.4. Failure to notify or late notice by an affected Party will deprive that Party of the right to refer to any of the above mentioned events in case of nonperformance of its obligations under this Contract.

6.3. Die Partei von den betroffenen genannten Umstände muss die andere Partei schriftlich über ihre Unfähigkeit, hierin festgehaltenen Verpflichtungen angemessenen Frist zu benachrichtigen. 6.4. Nichtmitteilung oder verspätete Mitteilung von einer betroffenen Partei wird vorenthalten, dass die Partei des Rechts auf einen der oben genannten Ereignisse im Fall der Nichterfüllung seiner Verpflichtungen aus diesem Vertrag beziehen.
