Dear Ms. Jenny Hu, we, as managing Owners of the above mentioned vessel, have been copied into the correspondence and would like to point out that their is no doubt that the damage occurred at Vladivostock. The vessel has to swing out the crane before cargo operations can start. If the damage would have existed before, the vessel could not have swung out the crane, just as she could not swing the crane in again before departure without a temporary repair of the oil cooler (crew by-passed same with additional hoses to bring the crane jib in secure position for the voyage). If you require further information in this regard in order to claim the damage from the terminal do not hesitate to contact us. We will do our utmost to assist you in same.

 in der Korrespondenz und möchte darauf hinweisen, dass ihr kein Zweifel, dass der Schaden bei Wladiwostok eingetreten ist.
 
 Das Schiff hat sich der Kran zu schwingen, bevor Frachtbetrieb starten können.
 Wenn der Schaden bestanden hätte, bevor das Schiff den Kran nicht Zuwasserlassen haben könnte wie sie konnte nicht wieder vor Abfahrt ohne eine provisorische Reparatur der Ölkühler (Crew umgangen identisch mit den Kran bringen zusätzliche Schläuche in sicheren Position für die Fahrt jib) den Kran in schwingen.
